We discussed the final reading of our book, Part Three: The Geneology of Postmodern History. Several topics generated active discourse. The notion of the Holocaust Memorial Museum being compared to a “theme park” was very relevant since many of us had visited there on a field trip last year, and the various ways to contextualize the United Colors of Benetton advertising campaign provided grist for strong dialogue.
